Terms and conditions

Effective from 19 August 2026

These terms cover the use of onlinekurtis.com. If you also sell through us, the dropshipper agreement covers that relationship and both documents apply together. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. Who can use the site

The catalogue is meant for businesses and individuals who resell. Anyone may browse it and download the product media. Placing an order needs an account with approved KYC. You must be eighteen or older and able to enter into a contract.

2. Your account

• You register with a mobile number and a six digit PIN. Keep the PIN private, anyone who has it can use your account and activity through your account is treated as yours.
• Give correct details. An account opened with someone else's PAN or with a false business name may be closed.
• Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to your account.

3. Prices, stock and product information

• Dropshipper prices appear after KYC approval. Before that you see the MRP, which is a reference and not your cost.
• Stock is read live from our floor and can change while you are on the page.
• We describe products as carefully as we can, but colours can look different on different screens and small measurement differences are normal in stitched garments. Photographs are indicative.
• If a price or a description is clearly wrong, we may correct it and cancel any order placed on that wrong information, with a full refund of what you paid for it.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are prepaid. Payment is collected through a payment gateway. Card, bank and UPI credentials go to the gateway and are never seen or stored by us. An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it becomes a contract when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a refund, if the item is unavailable, the information was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.

5. Using our photos and content

The product photos and video are free for you to use to sell these products, on any platform, with your own branding on them. Share as many designs with your customers as you want. What we ask is that you do not label them with another brand, do not hand the media library to someone who does not buy through you, and do not use them for goods you source elsewhere.

Everything else on the site, including the layout, the text, the software and the logo, remains ours. Do not copy the site, scrape it, or run automated tools against it.

6. What is not allowed

• Using the site or the products for anything unlawful.
• Claiming to be the manufacturer where that is untrue.
• Trying to access another account, or to interfere with the site or its security.
• Reselling or redistributing our media library.

7. Availability of the site

We work to keep the site running, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of faults. Maintenance, upgrades and technical problems happen. We are not responsible for a loss caused by the site being unavailable for a period.

8. Third parties

Couriers, the payment gateway and messaging services are independent providers. We choose them with care but we do not control them, and their own terms apply to their part of the service.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the site and the information on it are provided as they are. For anything connected with an order, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or penalties on another platform. Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under the law.

10. Changes

These terms can change. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Law and disputes

Indian law applies and disputes are subject to the courts named at the bottom of this page.
