Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What to write for a faster answer
- Order question: order number and what you expected.
- Wrong or damaged item: order number and the unboxing video, see RTO, returns and refunds.
- KYC: your registered mobile number. Please do not send your PAN photo on WhatsApp, upload it in the KYC form instead.
- Stock: the product code, for example CP-S-201.
Grievances
If something has not been resolved through normal support, write to the email above with the subject "Grievance" and the order number. We will acknowledge it and come back to you with an answer. For a data related complaint, use the subject "Privacy grievance", as set out in our privacy policy.
